Policies and Procedures
If we do not have enough players signed up to play, we will call everyone who is registered by 9pm on the day of to let them know that open play has been canceled. We will only run open play if we have enough players signed up to create at least 2 teams. Decision will be made by 9pm on the day of. Call 541-757-0776 to sign up or to find out if open play is running.
All players must have a current CSP membership. Bracelets will be given out to players once they check in. All players must check into the front desk by 10:30pm or they may lose thier spot to the waiting list.
Refunds will not be given once we are full. Once we are full we will create a waiting list of 4 people. CSP will do its best to balance teams, but players may request to play on a team with up to 2 friends.
The expectation of Open Play is to be a relaxed and fun time for all participants and aggressive play will not be permitted.
